Lodging in Camp Wicosuta Bunkhouses
The bunkhouses at Wicosuta are rustic, but clean and comfortable. Each bunkhouse has electricity and a bathroom with showers and toilets. You can request to be with friends but must do so early (not when you arrive). There is an ‘Elders Cabin’ which is located closer to activities and classes (women with mobility issues are also roomed in the elders cabin). There is also a ‘Children’s Cabin’ located close to Kids Kamp where mothers with young children are roomed together. Lodging in Camp Wicosuta Bunkhouses is $65 per person (including children and teens). The cost is for the whole weekend, not per night; it also includes Thursday night if you have pre-registered and pre-paid for Early Check In. Bedding is not provided. You must provide your own bedding (sleeping bag, blankets/sheets/pillow) and towels. Indoor lodging sells out quickly, so be sure to register early if you wish to reserve bed space in bunkhouse.
Camping at the WHC
You are welcome to bring your tent and camp at Camp Wicosuta. There are several areas to camp at Camp Wicosuta from an easy-to-drive-to large flat field to ‘tuck away places’ under pines and fir trees at the forest edge. Camping is rustic but fun. It is free because we aren’t able to provide many ‘camping comforts’, so be prepared to ‘rustic camp’. There are portapotties available for campers (which are kept clean and serviced during the weekend), but no indoor bathrooms. There are limited indoor shower facilities. If camping, you must bring your own camping gear including a waterproof tent, ground cloth, sleeping bags, pads, flashlight etc. Be sure that your tent is waterproof! You must be prepared to bring what you need to be comfortable for the weekend.
Camping is FREE and included in the cost of Registration. PLEASE NOTE: There is no camping allowed between bunkhouses; please do not set your tent up between the bunkhouses. Also, there is NO camping allowed in the parking lot across the street from Camp Wicosuta. The camp is very firm about this and if you do camp in that parking lot, you will be asked to leave the conference. Thank you in advance for NOT camping in the parking lot across from Camp Wicosuta and for not setting up your tent site between the bunkhouses.
Off Site Lodging
If you opt for more comfort and privacy, you might prefer to stay in one of the lovely B & B’s and hotels in the area. The WHC is held in the beautiful lake region of NH, and there are lots of lodging options in the area that range from B & B’s to hotels and inns. We recommend Coppertop, which is a family owned inn with large rooms that sleep several people each. For further options please visit Camp Wicosuta’s lodging information page.
You also might try AirB&B to see if there are any houses or rooms available in the area. For additional lodging options contact the Bristol Chamber of Commerce: 603.744.2150. If you do find a particularly nice ‘off site lodging option’ that you’d like to share, please let us know and we can add it to our list. Thank you.

New this year at the WHC, we are providing a separate meal package. Participants can choose to buy a delicious meal package that includes 6 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner and Sunday breakfast & lunch) or purchase meals from food vendors. Meal Package will be plentiful, wholesome and delicious and based on a flexitarian menu and will include a variety of protein options (fish, chicken and vegetarian), locally sourced vegetables, and whole grains.

In addition, there will be a full selection of herbal teas available during the day and coffee at breakfast. Sample menu will be available by early June.
We are thrilled to announce we have hired Chef Amath Ngom of Camp Wicosuta to head the kitchen this year. When not cooking for Camp Wicosuta and managing their large busy kitchen during their summer sessions, Chef Amath cooks at his family restaurant in Africa. He brings not only his unique touch and flair to the kitchen to ensure our expectations for excellent food are exceeded, but also brings his skill at feeding large numbers of people with ease and joy.
Meal Package is $70 for Six Hearty Delicious Meals.
For Children 12 and under the meal package is $35.
* Meal package must be purchased in advance.
Please note; There are a limited number of Meal Packages available (400) so purchase early.
